vipfun Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by vipfun (accessible at vipfun.co), you ("Player", "User", "You") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with vipfun's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the vipfun platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vipfun. vipfun reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification, with the updated effective date displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of vipfun services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use vipfun. This requirement is consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. vipfun conducts mandatory age verification at the time of account registration and reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: vipfun services are intended for eligible players in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing vipfun is lawful in your jurisdiction. vipfun makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not eligible to use vipfun.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered vipfun account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from vipfun or from gaming under applicable regulatory programs are not eligible to register or maintain an active account.

vipfun reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and services on vipfun, you must create a registered account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You are required to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and a secure password during registration. You may also be required to provide a valid government-issued Philippine ID and supporting documents for identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before withdrawals are processed.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipfun login credentials. You agree to notify vipfun support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. vipfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vipfun are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). vipfun supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels listed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are generally processed instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. vipfun does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱50. vipfun processes approved GCash withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving financial institution. vipfun reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

vipfun is committed to compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. All transactions are monitored. vipfun reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction or pattern of transactions that triggers its AML review protocols. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. vipfun may apply a monthly administration fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining account balance, after providing 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vipfun offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• vipfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x), the player must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the stated requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• vipfun reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and/or void winnings where bonus abuse is suspected.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on vipfun are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

vipfun's random number generators (RNG) for applicable games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from certified studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published and accessible to players.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round may be declared void and the wager returned to the player's account. vipfun's decision on game disputes is final, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vipfun and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or at any time during account use;
• Accessing vipfun in a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to vipfun support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity in violation of Philippine AMLA or related regulations;
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward vipfun staff or other players.

vipfun reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, with reports filed to regulatory authorities where required.

8. Responsible Gaming

vipfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from within your vipfun account settings. Players experiencing problems with gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to seek help from recognized support organizations.

vipfun will honor all self-exclusion requests promptly. A player who has self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately upon discovery and any balance forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipfun platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of vipfun or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vipfun platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any vipfun content without prior written consent from vipfun.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipfun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the vipfun platform.

vipfun's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the vipfun platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their vipfun account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vipfun does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. vipfun will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

vipfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a breach of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to vipfun's satisfaction;
• A regulatory authority directs vipfun to close the account;
• The account has been inactive (dormant) for an extended period as described in Section 4.4.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vipfun reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the account is closed for reasons other than a breach, any verified available balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own vipfun account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

vipfun processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, and applicable Philippine data privacy laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering with vipfun, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vipfun will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification services, and other service providers strictly as required to operate the vipfun platform or to comply with legal obligations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to vipfun's internal dispute resolution process by contacting player support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days of submission, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or submitted to arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, vipfun reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

vipfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at vipfun.co/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the page.

For material changes, vipfun will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of vipfun after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of vipfun and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
